2. Membership Types and Entitlements

2.1 Classic Membership

2.1.3	Birthday treat - 2,000 Birthday Vivva Dollars (terms & conditions apply)
2.1.4	Exclusive privileges (please refer to Benefits for more)
2.1.5	Upgrade to Premium Membership automatically once reaching 10,000 Vivva Dollars within one membership year
2.1.6	Membership remains at Classic level every year when the annual eligible spending is between HK$0 - HK$9,999

2.2 Premium Membership

2.2.1	Enjoy “Vivva Members Rates” upon direct booking at hotels
2.2.2	Up to 20% off upfront discount on dining, meeting and banquet services.
2.2.3	Redeem rewards (e.g. hotel eVouchers)
2.2.4	Birthday treats - 2,000 Birthday Vivva Dollars and free room upgrade (terms & conditions apply)
2.2.5	Exclusive privileges (please refer to Benefits for more)
2.2.6	A minimum eligible spending of HK$10,000 per membership year is required for keeping the Premium Membership status, otherwise, the membership type will be changed to Classic at the end of the membership year

3. Eligibility of Membership

3.1	All individuals aged 18 years old or above (who have or have not patronized the L'hotel properties)
3.2	Holders of any major valid credit cards - restaurant bills should be settled by credit card to facilitate Vivva Dollars earning and Vivva discounts (if applicable)
3.3	Holders of a valid email address and a contact phone number
